- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Baked pita chips or assorted fresh vegetables
- In a food processor, combine the beans, salad dressing and garlic. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve with chips. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.

"I just made this in a pinch for a Super Bowl dip today. I didn't have the salad dressing, but used about 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil (I used the oil too), added about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and added water until it was a good consistency. It's really good! Great recipe (I'll try the salad dressing next time)...and typical TOH...saves my behind every time I need to make something easy and quick from whatever I have on hand! :)"
