Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 276 calories, 20g fat (14g saturated fat), 80mg cholesterol, 730mg sodium, 11g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 3g fiber), 7g protein

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.

"Fortunately I only made half a recipe of this. The taste of the onion soup mix is very strong. My son and I, both of whom love spinach voted this thumbs down."
