- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; whisk until smooth. Stir in the blue cheese. Serve over salad greens. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1-1/3 cups.
