Easy Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
This tangy salad dressing can be ready to serve in 15 minutes or less. We like the blend of flavors with the blue cheese.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:10 servings
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; whisk until smooth. Stir in the blue cheese. Serve over salad greens. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1-1/3 cups.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 56 calories, 4 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 15 mg cholesterol, 106 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 2 g protein.
