Double-Berry Smoothies Recipe
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup blackberry creme yogurt
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
1 cup: 79 calories, 1g fat (0 saturated fat), 2mg cholesterol, 56mg sodium, 15g carbohydrate (12g sugars, 3g fiber), 5g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit.
