Dilly Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Dilly Scrambled Eggs, with a sprinkling of cheese, have farm-fresh flavor and cook in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Directions

  • 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, water, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Add cheese and dill. Cook and stir until set and cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings.

"Made these eggs for Father's Day, to ave something different from regular scrambled eggs. Use Dill Weed, and could definitely taste it. Everyone love them!"

"These scrambled eggs were good, but it definitely needed fresh dill in order for these to stand out. I used dill weed (I might've used a very old bottle) and I hardly tasted the dill. So, I'll use fresh dill next time to guarantee dill taste in the eggs."
