Dilled Cucumbers Recipe
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1. Place cucumber slices in a medium bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in dill and sour cream. Chill until ready to serve. Yield: 4 servings.

"I love the addition of dill to cucumbers; however, the rest of the family didn't like this salad. Daughter ate it but husband wouldn't touch it because it had sour cream in it. Both prefer my traditional salad using miracle whip with tomatoes, onions, green peppers along with the sliced cucumbers. I still gave it a 4 star because I liked the sour cream and it is great to have an alternate salad."
