Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 each) equals 70 calories, 5 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 20 mg cholesterol, 312 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.

Directions

  1. Place cucumber slices in a medium bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in dill and sour cream. Chill until ready to serve. Yield: 4 servings.
