Dijon Honey Dressing Von-Bryan Recipe
Jo Ann's homemade salad dressing is a delicious, creamy blend that's become a favorite of inn guests. Although it keeps well in the refrigerator, she doesn't have leftovers around for long!
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- Pinch of red pepper
- 1. Mix all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 14 servings.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 173 calories, 17 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 6 mg cholesterol, 210 mg sodium, 6 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
