Reviews for Deluxe Meat Loaf
"Made this tonight for dinner. Very nice. Interesting flavour but tasty. My family enjoyed this. Recipe was just about right - no changes although had to cook slightly longer. Used wholegrain mustard. Would definitely make this again. Thanks for a great recipe."
"Delicious and easy to make."
"Delicious. Instead of the chili sauce - I mixed up a sauce made from ketchup, mustard and brown sugar to put on top. Mine took 1 ½ hours to bake."
"This is the best meatloaf I have ever made. Even my son, who is not a meatloaf fan, went back for seconds. Reduced the bread crumbs to 3/4 cup, added 1/4 cup chopped green pepper and instead of chili sauce, I used 1/2 cup ketchup with brown sugar, garlic powder and a little dried chopped onion. It was sweet and delicious. Will make plenty more in the future. May even show off for the in-laws..."
"Used jalapeño ketchup instead of chili sauce."
"Very good!I used about 1/4 lb.sausage ,in place of 1/4 Lb. beef.I will make again."
"This was a hit with my family!"
"The horseradish makes this meatloag a furlong ahead of the rest."
"Kind of bland, and a little too Much bread crumbs. I like my usual recipe better. I use green pepper, celery and onion along with ketchup in the loaf."
"Very good and moist. I didn't have chili sauce so I mixed up some ketchup, barbeque sauce and a dash of chili seasoning. I cut the recipe in half and I only used 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish."
