  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (3 ounces) beef ramen noodles
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (8-1/2 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

Nutritional Facts

1 each: 228 calories, 9g fat (4g saturated fat), 37mg cholesterol, 587mg sodium, 19g carbohydrate (6g sugars, 2g fiber), 16g protein


  1. In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Stir in noodles with contents of accompanying seasoning packet, tomatoes and corn; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Yield: 4-6 servings.

"I followed the recipe, but I had to add about 3/4th cup of water so that the noodles would finish cooking. I also sprinkled chili powder over for more flavor. It was awesome!"
