Reviews for Cucumber Onion Dip
"was not to fond of this dip... 2 T of dip has 125mg of sodium? all I tasted was the onion and salt? family & friends requested that I do not bring this dip back! un happy with the whole thing... =0("
"In Louisville, Kentucky we add a few drops of green food coloring and call it Benedictine. And then we eat it with chips and make it into sandwiches and it is good on a turkey sandwich. Love it! The food of childhood. Skip the pepper. That's just weird. With ruffles you could eat the whole thing all by yourself."
"Simply delicious - You have a fantastic recipe!"
"This is great as a bagel spread!. . . Since I love to experiment...I tried to turn this into a salad...I substituted greek yogurt for the cream cheese. Put it a half a lemon's of juice, a handful of chopped mint..and cubed up 2 cucumbers, 2 plum tomatoes, a very small purple onion, a handful of fresh chives...... it was delicious."
"would be better on sandwiches"
