Cucumber Onion Dip Recipe
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Rye chips or crackers
- 1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with rye chips or crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
