  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Rye chips or crackers


  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise,
  • salt and pepper until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with
  • rye chips or crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
