Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 2 sandwich buns, split

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Place lettuce and tomato on bun bottoms; top with chicken salad. Replace bun tops.
