Crunchy Fruit Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup lemon pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • 1. In a large serving bowl, combine the coleslaw, grapes and apple. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 6 servings.
