Crunchy Fruit Coleslaw Recipe
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup lemon pie filling
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a large serving bowl, combine the coleslaw, grapes and apple. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 6 servings.
