"Blend it with some milk and ice to make a dessert smoothie."
"Use the rest to top miniature cheesecakes! Or use when making one of those no-bake cheese pie desserts! Top the cheese filling with the lemon filling. The lemon filling also could be used in parfait desserts or layered desserts. delowenstein"

"I'd eat the rest of the pie filling with a spoon. It's all mine!"
"Too good to let go to waste. I'd pick up a package of Pepperidge Farm dessert cups and fill them with the Left over Pudding . dessert anyone. I bet it would also work well with those little sponge short cakes. Perfect size for a nice after dinner treat. And Layered Desserts using crushed cookies or cake with some cool whip in-between would also work * Have fun and enjoy the Bonus *Janie."
