Crunchy Apple Salad Recipe
- 4 large apples, diced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the apples, celery, raisins and walnuts. Add mayonnaise; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 16 servings.
