  • 2 packages (5 ounces each) spring mix salad greens
  • 2 large apples, chopped
  • 2 cups bagel chips, coarsely crushed
  • 1-1/2 cups honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 207 calories, 14g fat (3g saturated fat), 6mg cholesterol, 277mg sodium, 17g carbohydrate (9g sugars, 2g fiber), 6g protein.


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. Yield: 16 servings (1 cup each).
