Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 year. Use to season chicken, seafood, beef and vegetables. Yield: 1/2 cup.
