  • 2 cups shredded unpeeled apple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 to 16 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
