Things don't get much easier than preparing this pleasantly dressed fruit salad from Linda Stateler of Ottumwa, Iowa. Crunchy apples and nuts contrast nicely with juicy grapes and chewy raisins.
- 1 large red apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Chill until serving. Yield: 3 servings.
