My husband and his friends would often buy a similar version of this creamy, vanilla-flavored beverage at a nearby coffee house. Because daily stops got to be expensive, I decided to try and make my own. This smooth sensation was the result.—Heather Kunkel, Wellsville, New York

"I love coffee, and this was a great coffee beverage. I believe you need to start with good coffee, and I did use my favorite ground coffee. I used stevia instead of sugar, and it was perfect. I'll make it many more times."

"This is the best iced coffees I've made. I used splenda instead of sugar, and used half the amount since I normally don't use sugar in my coffee. It's so creamy and nice. I think I'm going to try it with chocolate pudding as well."

"I have made this recipe alot. It is one of the best recipies for ice coffee that I have found. I use about half the sugar as it is too sweet for me with 1/4 cup. Awesome on these hot 90 degree days!!"
