  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons turkey drippings
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup whole milk


  • In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch, drippings, salt and pepper until
  • smooth. Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring
  • constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Yield: 2-1/3
  • cups.
