Creamy Slaw Recipe
- 3 to 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced green pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1. In a large salad bowl, toss the cabbage, carrots and green pepper. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill for at least 2-3 hours. Yield: 6-8 servings.
