Creamy Radish Dip Recipe
- 1 cup chopped radishes
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Rye crackers
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
1/4 cup: 33 calories, 2g fat (1g saturated fat), 7mg cholesterol, 219mg sodium, 3g carbohydrate (2g sugars, 1g fiber), 2g protein.

"I have made this dip a number of times now. Guests consistently ask for the recipe. I've only tried it with my home grown radishes, which are the creamiest and mildest in the world. I suspect it would be different with store radishes. I use kosher salt. It's great with tortilla chips."
