Creamy Radish Dip Recipe

This Scandinavian dish is one of our favorite spring appetizers. We use homegrown onions and radishes. —Terri Chatfield, Hamilton, Ohio
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:6 servings


  • 1 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Rye crackers


  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
