This Scandinavian dish is one of our favorite spring appetizers. We use homegrown onions and radishes. —Terri Chatfield, Hamilton, Ohio
- 1 cup chopped radishes
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Rye crackers
- In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
