"I created this citrusy dressing to give my salads a different flavor," says Marge Werner of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. "Just mix it up and pour over your favorite tossed greens." Or try the creamy combination over a medley of assorted fresh fruit.

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  • 1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all of the ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
