Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup: 290 calories, 22g fat (3g saturated fat), 10mg cholesterol, 462mg sodium, 23g carbohydrate (17g sugars, 3g fiber), 2g protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Yield: 2 servings.

"This is quick , easy and tasty. I needed to find some dishes I could serve to a family member that needed to be on a "clean eating" diet for health reasons. This adapted very nicely with the use of olive oil mayo, and pineapple in it's own juice. You cannot tell any differance, and now she can have one of her favorite dishes"
