  • 1 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
