Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables. Yield: about 1 cup.
