- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and sugar. Stir in the onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
