Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 4 green onions with tops, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt or salt-free seasoning blend
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 servings.
