Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 4 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt or salt-free seasoning blend
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

One 3/4-cup serving (prepared with fat-free sour cream and salt-free seasoning) equals 55 calories, trace fat (0 saturated fat), 3 mg cholesterol, 31 mg sodium, 10 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 vegetable.
