Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup minced fresh basil
  • Wheat crackers

2 tablespoons (calculated without crackers) equals 79 calories, 7 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 19 mg cholesterol, 124 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 3 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the feta cheese, tomatoes and basil; beat until combined. Transfer to a serving dish; chill until serving. Serve with crackers. Yield: 4 cups.
