- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (8 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 jar (7 ounces) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup minced fresh basil
- Wheat crackers
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the feta cheese, tomatoes and basil; beat until combined. Transfer to a serving dish; chill until serving. Serve with crackers. Yield: 4 cups.
