- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 medium tart apples, peeled and diced
- In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in the apples. Yield: 6-8 servings.
