"I almost always make this dip to serve with fruit when we have a group over to our house. People always ask for the recipe. It is very easy to make, and it tastes excellent with apples, pears, and berries."

"I used this recipe as a base when I (thought) I had no ingredients for a fruit dip on hand. I had about a 1/4 pkg. of cream cheese, plus about 3/4 c. of sour cream. I adjusted the brown sugar to taste, and added some leftover pineapple juice and at the last minute some freshly grated lemon peel. It was a wonderful impromptu recipe."
