This smooth, versatile frosting has a delicate vanilla flavor. The woman who made the wedding cake for our daughter, Leanne, and her groom, Billy Waters, used this recipe. It's also excellent on carrot cake.

"Perfect cream cheese frosting. I did add a couple splashes of milk to thin it out and it turned out great."

"Wonderful flavor, this is the only cream cheese frosting I use. I use an 8oz cream cheese instead of 2, 3oz pkgs. It is excellent on home made cinnamon rolls."

"Very smooth and easy. Used less confectioners sugar than called for - great"

"This frosting, even with 6 cups of powdered sugar, was too loose for my use. I used real cream cheese, so I know it's not the fat content. I'll eat it as a spread because it is tasty, but I'll use another recipe for a cake frosting."
