  • 1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 serving (1/4 cup) equals 96 calories, 5 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 20 mg cholesterol, 18 mg sodium, 10 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.


  1. Place cranberries, sugar and onion in a blender or food processor; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add sour cream and horseradish; process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 cups.
