Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months. Yield: 24 servings.

"Made this recipe at Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it so I quadrupled the recipe for Christmas. Instead of jarring, I used a silicon mold with Christmas Tree shapes. Plan on serving the "trees" on the buffet table."

"Toura...u should be able to use just about any dried fruit. Dried blueberries would be tasty! Experiment with it!
