Cranberry-Grape Spritzer Recipe

- 1/2 cup cranberry-apple juice
- 1/2 cup grape juice
- 1/4 cup club soda
- Lemon slice
- 1. Combine juices and club soda in a tall glass; add ice. Garnish with lemon. Yield: 1 serving.
1-1/4 cups (calculated without lemon slice) equals 134 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 37 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein.
