  • 1 large banana, peeled, quartered and frozen
  • 2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

1 cup: 230 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 2mg cholesterol, 21mg sodium, 56g carbohydrate (35g sugars, 3g fiber), 3g protein.


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
