When the big meal is over, I make a smoothie using leftover cranberry sauce. Don’t have a frozen banana? Use a regular banana and add more ice. —Gina Fensler, Cincinnati, Ohio
- 1 large banana, peeled, quartered and frozen
- 2/3 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
