Have a lot to do before your brunch guests arrive? Don’t worry! This yummy purple drink is best when made at the last minute. —Lisa Lindsay, Baton Rouge, Louisiana
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 medium banana, cut up
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
