Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup equals 159 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 44 mg sodium, 35 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 4 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1/2 starch, 1/2 reduced-fat milk.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
