I love chocolate and it is so quick and easy to make that I can surprise my family anytime of the year. This is also good using chocolate fudge flavored pudding mix. You can also use chocolate flavored Cool Whip instead of regular Cool Whip. It depends on how much you love chocolate. Feel free to add toppings of your choice.
Layers of silky white chocolate mousse and sweet cherry sauce with a hint of orange alternate in this delectable dessert. I use a pastry bag to pipe the mousse into pretty dishes handed down from my husband's grandmother.

Eye-appealing individual chocolate bowls are filled with smooth homemade mousse, then garnished with warm raspberry jam. The cups can be prepared early in the day and refrigerated until you're ready to fill them. They are great for entertaining.—Michele Field, Sykesville, Maryland
"I have family members who beg for this rich yummy dessert whenever I visit," notes Carol Mullaney of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. "It calls for just four ingredients, and it's handy to keep in the freezer for a special occasion."
