This quiche is one of my husband's favorites, probably because it has bacon. Sometimes I add sliced fresh white or baby portobello mushrooms and saute them with the onions for more "meatiness." The makeover version looks wonderful! — Ruby Hochstetler, Holland, Michigan
I make this ahead and serve this for Christmas morning breakfast. It has the ingredients of a classic eggs Benedict, which is encased in puff pastry to create beautiful loaf. You can refrigerate the assembled braid overnight, or freeze it for up to two weeks. Cover tightly with plastic wrap so the pastry doesn't dry out. Before baking, brush strudel with egg wash. Add 20 minutes to baking time is strudel is frozen.—Sarah Strohl, Commerce Twp, Michigan
Feel free to experiment with this versatile tart. Substitute ham or Canadian bacon for prosciutto, Swiss chard for spinach and your favorite kind of creamy cheese for Brie.—Amy Tong, Anaheim, California
It's impressive on a buffet, but this dish is not as complicated as it looks. Thin sweet corn pancakes are wrapped around fresh asparagus and topped with an easy cream cheese sauce and pistachios. The flavors blend so well!
-Lillian Julow, Gainesville, Florida
This recipe is a favorite of mine to make for special occasions like birthday or holidays. If you want to make it extra special, serve the pancakes with berries and whipped cream.—Lori Daniels, Beverly, West Virginia
This easy-to-prepare dish lends eye-catching appeal to a winter breakfast or brunch. Brown sugar sweetens the tart fruit, and the sugared grapes add a pretty accent. —Vicki Holloway, Joelton, Tennessee
