- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash pepper
- 18 bacon strips (1 pound)
- 3 cups crushed cornflakes
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add bacon strips, turning to coat. Dip strips in crushed corn flakes, patting to help coating adhere. Place bacon on two racks in ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and crisp, rotating pans halfway through baking. Yield: 9 servings.
