Corn Fritter Patties Recipe
- 1 cup Bisquick® mix
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1 can (7 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups canola oil
- In a small bowl, combine the pancake mix, egg and milk just until moistened. Stir in the corn.
- In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat 1/4 in. of oil to 375°. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls into oil; press lightly to flatten. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Yield: 7 patties.

Fry them in a frying pan with very little oil.
Is there any way to reduce the fat in this recipe???
I really liked this recipe and will use it again, but the next time I will double the corn. It is a real good substitute for Native American frybread.
