Ooey, gooey and good accurately describe these family-favorite brownies! Nuts and chocolate chips add extra richness and a little crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, cut up
  • 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool
  • slightly. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and espresso powder
  • until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla and chocolate
  • mixture. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan . Bake at 350°
