  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 small sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1 small sweet yellow pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sunflower kernels, toasted
