- medium sauce
- 2T. butter or margarine
- 2T. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1 cup milk
- Melt butter overe low heat. Blend in flour, salt, & dash of pepper.Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.Remove sauce from heat when it bubbles. Yield: serves 8
